Das Einzige was oft klappt, ist das von mir beschriebene Verfahren oder tatsächlich, die Kamera aus kleiner Höhe abstürzen zu lassen. Was ich aber nie tun würde. Bei vielen Nutzern taucht der Fehler tatsächlich kurz nach dem Ende der Garantiezeit auf. Bei mir war es ein Jahr danach. Den Reparatur-Service habe ich jetzt gleich mal angeschrieben, vielleicht können die mir wenigstens sagen, mit welchen Kosten zu rechnen ist und ob sich eine Reparatur überhaupt lohnen würde.
Das mit der eigenständigen Reparatur nach dem Video würde ich dann tatsächlich erst machen, wenn die Kosten zu immens sind und ich die Kamera quasi auf den Schrott werfen kann.
